This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Sakeenah: Quran Audio (package: com.arabes1.quran), operated and maintained by Arabes1 ("we", "us", or "our"), available at arabes1.com.

We are dedicated to providing a spiritual, authentic, and peaceful Quran listening experience. Sakeenah is a 100% free, ad-free Islamic application created for the sake of Allah (Sadaqah Jariyah). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through complete transparency.

1. Zero Personal Data Collection

We believe in privacy by design. Sakeenah does NOT collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personal identifiable information (PII).

  • No user account, login, or registration is required.
  • We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses.
  • We do not track precise or approximate location (GPS/Network).
  • We do not collect advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or biometric data.

2. Device Permissions and How They Are Used

Sakeenah requests only the minimal technical permissions necessary to function as an audio streaming and playback application:

  • Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET): Used exclusively to stream and download high-quality Quranic recitations and live radio feeds directly from the content distribution servers (Mp3Quran.net CDN).
  • Foreground Service & Media Playback (android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Required by modern Android systems (including Android 14+) to keep the Quran recitation playing smoothly when your device screen is locked or while multitasking in other apps.
  • Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used solely to display the official Android media player control banner (Play, Pause, Next, Previous Surah) on your lock screen and notification tray. We never send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited push notifications.

3. Local Device Storage

All user preferences and downloads are strictly stored locally on your device's internal application storage and are never uploaded to any server:

  • User Settings: Language selection, dark/light theme, playback speed, and favorite reciter IDs are stored locally via Android SharedPreferences.
  • Offline Surahs: When you choose to download a Surah for offline playback, the audio file is stored privately inside your app's isolated directory (filesDir). You can delete downloaded audio at any time.

4. Third-Party Services & Audio Sources

The audio content, recitations, and live radio streams available in the app are served via public API endpoints provided by reputable non-profit Islamic networks (Mp3Quran.net). When streaming audio, standard network server requests are made to retrieve audio files. We do not embed any third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics) or advertising software development kits (SDKs).

5. Advertising and Monetization

Sakeenah is 100% FREE and completely AD-FREE. There are no third-party banner ads, interstitial popups, rewarded video ads, or commercial tracking networks embedded in the application.

6. Children’s Privacy and Families Policy (COPPA Compliance)

Sakeenah is designed for general audiences and families of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data from any user, we comply fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), European child protection guidelines, and the Google Play Families Policy.

7. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA / CPRA Compliance)

Under regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know & Delete: Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to view, delete, or disclose.
  • Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell, rent, or share personal information under any circumstance.
  • Data Deletion: You have full control over all locally stored data. You can clear all cached settings and downloaded audio files instantly by clearing the app data in your Android settings or by uninstalling the application.

8. Security

All audio streaming connections to content servers utilize secure standard HTTPS encryption protocols to prevent eavesdropping and tampering.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technical or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page (arabes1.com) with a revised "Last Updated" date.

تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية هذه على تطبيق الهاتف سَكِينَة: قرآن كريم صوت (المعرّف: com.arabes1.quran)، التابع لموقع Arabes1 والمتاح عبر arabes1.com.

تطبيق سَكِينَة هو تطبيق إسلامي مجاني بالكامل وبدون إعلانات، صُمم كصدقة جارية ابتغاء وجه الله تعالى. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك لأقصى درجة ونلتزم بحمايتها بالكامل وبكل شفافية.

1. عدم جمع أي بيانات شخصية (Zero Data Collection)

نحن نؤمن بحق الخصوصية المطلق للمستخدم. تطبيق سَكِينَة لا يجمع، ولا يطلب، ولا يُخزّن، ولا يبيع، ولا يُشارك أي بيانات شخصية أو معلومات تعريفية خاصة بالمستخدمين نهائياً:

  • لا يتطلب التطبيق أي تسجيل حساب، أو بريد إلكتروني، أو تسجيل دخول.
  • لا نجمع أرقام الهواتف أو الأسماء أو العناوين.
  • لا نطلب ولا نتتبع الموقع الجغرافي (GPS) بأي شكل من الأشكال.
  • لا نجمع المعرّفات الإعلانية أو بيانات أجهزة المستخدمين.

2. أذونات الهاتف وكيفية استخدامها

يطلب التطبيق فقط الحد الأدنى من الأذونات التقنية اللازمة لتشغيل الصوتيات ولا شيء غيرها:

  • إذن الإنترنت (INTERNET): يُستخدم حصراً لجلب التلاوات الصوتية والإذاعات المباشرة من خوادم شبكة (Mp3Quran.net) لتحميلها أو الاستماع إليها.
  • إذن تشغيل الصوت بالخلفية (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): إذن رسمي تفرضه أنظمة أندرويد الحديثة (بما فيها أندرويد 14 و 15) لضمان استمرار تشغيل القرآن الكريم بسلاسة أثناء قفل شاشة الهاتف أو استخدام تطبيقات أخرى.
  • إذن الإشعارات (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): يُستخدم فقط لإظهار شريط مشغل الصوت في شاشة القفل والإشعارات (لتشغيل وإيقاف وتقديم السورة). لا نرسل أي إشعارات إعلانية أو ترويجية على الإطلاق.

3. التخزين المحلي على جهازك

جميع تفضيلاتك وتنزيلاتك تُحفظ محلياً داخل المساحة التخزينية الخاصة بالتطبيق في هاتفك فقط، ولا يتم إرسالها لأي خادم:

  • الإعدادات المفضلة: مثل لغة التطبيق (عربي/إنجليزي)، المظهر (داكن/فاتح)، سرعة الصوت، وقائمة المشايخ المفضلين؛ تُحفظ في إعدادات الهاتف المحلية (SharedPreferences).
  • السور المحملة (بدون نت): عند تنزيلك لأي سورة للاستماع أوفلاين، يُحفظ ملف الصوت في الذاكرة المعزولة للتطبيق داخل هاتفك. ويمكنك حذفه في أي وقت.

4. الإعلانات والتتبع

تطبيق سَكِينَة مجاني 100% وخالٍ تماماً من أي إعلانات تجارية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي مكتبات تتبع أو إعلانات (مثل AdMob) أو أدوات تحليلية تابعة لجهات خارجية.

5. حماية خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA و Google Play Families)

التطبيق ملائم ومناسب لجميع أفراد الأسرة والأطفال من مختلف الأعمار، وبما أننا لا نجمع أي بيانات من المستخدمين، فإن التطبيق متوافق تماماً مع سياسات عائلات جوجل بلاي والقوانين الدولية لحماية الأطفال على الإنترنت.

6. حقوق المستخدمين (GDPR و CCPA)

وفقاً للوائح حماية البيانات العالمية (مثل النظام الأوروبي العام لحماية البيانات GDPR وقانون كاليفورنيا CCPA): نظراً لأننا لا نجمع ولا نملك أي بيانات خاصة بك على سيرفراتنا، فلا توجد بيانات قابلة للبيع أو الحذف من طرفنا. يمكنك مسح جميع إعداداتك والسور المحملة محلياً في أي وقت ببساطة عن طريق مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف أو إلغاء تثبيته.
