Snippet Collector does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or browsing data to external servers.

Local Storage: All text snippets, code fragments, and user preferences you save using the extension are stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local). We have no access to your saved snippets.
Permissions Usage: The extension requests specific browser permissions (such as activeTab, scripting, contextMenus, and clipboardWrite) strictly to perform its core local functionalities, such as capturing selected text on-demand and copying snippets to your clipboard. No data from these actions is ever shared or sent outside your device.

2. How We Use Information

Since all data remains locally on your device, we do not use, process, or share your data in any way. The data is used solely to provide you with a quick repository for your text notes and code snippets.

3. Third-Party Services

Snippet Collector does not integrate with any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or external advertising networks.
